This is a beautiful bright basement flat in desirable Twickenham.

🛌THE IDEAL COMPANION:

We are looking for a warm and sunny person to homeshare in Twickenham. The retired lady is looking for a lodger who adores dogs. Regular dog walking is very important. There are several parks and river walks nearby. The older lady is looking for a companion over 30 years that can assist up to 15 hours a week with cooking 2 to 3 times a week, trips to the theatre and adhoc shopping errands. The lady is 70 and has dementia. She is warm and friendly and loves cooking Italian food! She struggles to follow recipes so having someone prepare a meal along side her would be ideal.

***Please note that the Labrador does pull hard on the lead. He has good recall and is well behaved indoors.

THE HOUSE: The house has 4 bedrooms, as well as this, it has a basement flat. The main house is full of beautiful decorative momentos, art and collections. It is warm and very welcoming.

The homesharer companion will have their own large basement flat which has 2 large rooms, a bedroom and a living room and kitchenette, as well as an ensuite with a shower. There is electrical heating. The flat is newly decorated. It is not your typical gloomy basement flat.

There is WIFI

There is street parking and bicycle storage

Garden

There is a cleaner for communal rooms.

A friendly dog is welcome so long as they get on well with the resident dog, a 6 year old Labrador. This is not appropriate for anyone with a cat.
